Here the search the for "Forecasting" is enhanced by the the Skill Categories

As you can see the search term "forecasting" shows up in six categories - Management, Transportation, Sales, Economics and Social Studies, Finance and IT.

By expanding the Sales category by using the down arrow to the right of "Sales" we can see the subcategory, Sales Strategy and Planning. Under this subheading is the desired Skill "Sales Forecasting".
