November 2024 Release Notes
The Rhetorik team continues to develop new products and services and improve the overall quality of our data. Here are the highlights for November.
New Products and Features
On the new products front we have several major developments.
Rhetorik Enhanced Skills – Starting in December, Neuron360 profile customers will be able to target audiences by leveraging enhanced skills as part of their search criteria. We think our Skill data (r-Skills) delivers more accurate and actionable insights into prospects than any other signals. When aggregated at the company level, our Skills data delivers rich insights into the workforce of competitors and prospective clients.
r-Skills are a premium data collection. We will be adding six fields (See below) to the N360 Profile Data schema and additional search capabilities our N360 Profile APIs to support them in early December. Please look for additional information on this exciting development.
Neuron 360 Application – We have been writing about the development of the new N360 Application for several months and we are on the cusp of unveiling this exciting development by years end. The N360 App will replace NetFinder, our legacy user application.
Neuron 360 Application customers will have an integrated experience that combines Profiles, Contacts, Companies, Offices and Technologies. Our extensive collection of filters and linkages will allow users to identify new markets, find new prospects and then preview and select records for downloading.
Detailed customer migration plans are in the works and will be rolled out in late December for a Q1 implementation.

Issues
1: The incorrect date formats (1970) in education and date fields we mentioned last month has been resolved and corrected.
2: In company data we have identified inconsistencies in the HQ indicator and formatting issues for the physical address fields. We have addressed many of the HQ indicators (99% of the largest global companies) and will clean up the balance and the formatting of the street addresses in an upcoming release.
3: Profiles that have identical profile IDs: We identified a small number of profiles that carried the same ID due to an indexation issue. These have been resolved and the duplicate profiles removed.
4: For profiles in the US that have only have “United States” as their location. Our geo-normalization process set the physical location of these profiles in the center of the United States, a small town in Kansas. There are some 30M profiles tagged for that location. We will either identify another source of the location of these Profiles or remove the incorrect geo-normalization data for these records in an upcoming release.
Upcoming Changes
Customers have requested more granular details about phone and email types. We will introduce three new Tag types on Contacts and Profiles to give greater visibility into these data types: DDI (for direct dial phone numbers), Mobile phone and Personal email—to the profile and contact entities, enabling API and Portal users to filter candidates based on these criteria. The data schema will not change, since the Tag field exists in both schemas, there values will be additional tag types. The API’s and related documentation will be updated with the December release.
The addition of the enhanced Skill data will introduce six new fields to the N360 Profile Schema in December we will update the documentation when we release the changes.
