Developments:

Our newest product, the N360 App, is being released from beta this month. We have received some great feedback, and we are incorporating much of it into the upcoming production release. If you have not seen the App yet, I think you will be delighted with the power it delivers in helping you find the RIGHT people.

N360 Data:

Over the past several months we have been updating the Rhetorik Occupational Classification (ROC), which is our AI-powered taxonomy that translates, normalizes and classifies our professional profiles and contacts. Normalizing data dramatically improves its “searchability”.

These improvements allowed us to normalize an additional 158.5M unique job titles this month, resulting in a 25% increase in coverage. Cumulatively, the job titles of ~100M profiles were enhanced by these changes. These new job titles also positively impacted the job seniority assignments and the job function 1 predictions for each profile.

If you would like to know more about ROC and how we leverage the latest AI Models please reach out to our Customer Success team or email directly to learn more.

Other notable changes to our data include:

  • Improvement on our fill rate of profile street (+45%) and contact street (+35%) addresses.
  • A significant lift (16%) in our Office ID linkage to contact and profile data.
  • An additional 2 million Contacts added to our Contact database.

Lastly, we consolidate smaller issue that require re-indexation and address them when time allows. Some of those highlights include:

Profiles:

  • Job function – Code 1 addressing issues
  • Profiles – a very small number with duplicate profiles IDs were removed
  • Skills – we continue to add our proprietary skills to more profiles

Corporate Data

  • Company address fields incorrectly containing Lat/Long values
  • Employee counts that were null where they should be values
  • Synchronization of Office/Corporate last seen date
  • Corporate LinkedIn URL’s that were poorly formed were cleaned up

Its been a busy month at Rhetorik, thank you for your interest.
