Important Update to our N60 Customers

We identified an issue with our latest build that affects the linkage between profiles and companies, impacting just under 10% of our records. For those records affected, profiles have been erroneously reassigned from one company to another.

We discovered the root cause overnight and we are actively working on a fix to address the issue. Once resolved, we will reprocess the affected records and publish the corrected data as soon as this process is complete.

Thank you for your continued patience as we finalize this matter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We will provide another update with the timing on when the profiles will be returned to their correct state and will follow up with a notice when the data is published.
