February 2025 Release Notes

Here are the highlights for February 2025,

As of February 28, 2025 Snowflake Share customers can access the latest versions of Profiles, Companies, Office and Contacts are in N360.

ProfileFinder customers will have access to the latest update on Monday March 3, 2025

The N360 API updated versions of Profiles, Contacts, Companies and Offices should be available mid next week.

Outage - We had a bumpy end of the month due to an issue with our AWS infrastructure that impacted our N360 API customers.

The issue is now resolved. Fixing it turned out to be a very large undertaking. We had to rebuild our Index (linking) files because of a corrupted database. Unfortunately, our API customers were not able to access our API Portal or API endpoints from Thursday February 27, 8:30 am until Saturday, March 1 at 7:30 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are taking proactive steps to improve our system resiliency, and we will update our documentation site early next week with a summary of the problem and resolution.

Updates - On a more positive note, we were able to release key data improvements and add several new data features this month, as well as releasing an early version of the new N360 Application.

Company Names - We sent a mid-month update in January regarding the assembly rules changes we put to address a problem where Company names were being assigned to profiles incorrectly. While we addressed the issue for 98% of the problem then, turns out we had a bit more to clean up. Those remaining occurrences were addressed. Please let us know if you do come across any other instances.

Tags - The three new Profile tags we discussed last month are now in production.
The new tags are: has_ddI, has_mobile, and has_personal_email. See more details about these and all our tags at https://docs.neuron360.io/docs/company-tags. Tags are helpful filters to quickly determine if the selected records you select have the data elements you need.

We applied skills to over 257M profiles to date, and 75M profiles have skills assigned to them that can only be found in our profiles.

N360 App
The Neuron360 Application, our long-awaited user interface, provides over 40 Filters that can be combined into a powerful search criteria to help users uncover new markets and professionals. Many other products in the market have search capabilities, but none are providing the depth of coverage and the ability to cross-walk your search from profiles to contacts, from companies to offices. Plus, no other provider can offer the skill coverage we just released.
