December 2024 Release Notes
We are closing out the year strong with the roll-out of several new features we have been telling you about for several months.
New Products
The N360 App will be released in January. This will be a game changer for our customers delivering a powerful search capability, expanded data coverage, and streamlined workflow for data access. Customers of our legacy applications will be upgraded to this new experience in the coming months. Our customer success team will be in touch with specifics.
Skills - Using Skills to identify your target audiences will transform how to find the RIGHT people for your product or service. Your marketing efforts can be more precise, get greater coverage and deliver better results by using Skills as the leverage point of your targeting strategy.
Skills are unique to Rhetorik. We have enriched over 400M profiles with Skills and have added Skills to 100M profiles that did not contain any self-identified areas of expertise in their social media profiles. (There are available in our profile data as Expertise).
N360 API customers that are entitled to Skills will be able to use their existing credentials to gain access with the January release. If you would like more information about our enhanced Skill collection, please reach out to our Customer Success team.
API Search - You can now specify how precise you want the search results via our APIs control over the search results. There are three major levels of precision, Exact Phrase Matching, Medium Sensitivity Low, or Fuzzy Matching. These sensitivity parameters are available for specific fields and operators. In Company data: names, domains, technology product and category names, and cities can be modified. In Office data: names, cities, domains, are the fields available for control. The Operators that can be adjusted are: “is”, “is one of”, “is not”, “is not one of”, “includes”, and “excludes”.
We will be updating our documentation site after the Holiday break with more specifics on how to leverage these enhancements with specific examples. Should you need access immediately to the documentation, please send an email.
Contacts - these are now available as a Snowflake Share. This allows our enterprise Snowflake customers to ingest the entire Contact collection as needed.
Data Updates:

Over the last 6 months we have increased our Profile collection by 14%, adding over 100M Profiles to N360, we now have 896.7M Profiles that we are monitoring and enriching.

Our Companies collection increased by 7.3% over the same period, we now cover 266M companies globally.

Our Contact addresses have substantially improved to 63M, covering nearly 80% of our 79M Contacts.
Issues and fixes:
- The Profiles collection in N360 was released today, December 30. We apologize for the delay, but we needed additional time to absorb a huge update from one of our sources.
- We have made significant progress is addressing the incorrect date formatting issue (1970), reducing the number of profiles impacted by over 50% (From 13M to 5.8M) this month. We will complete the cleanup of the balance of these instances in the January release.
- In ProfileFinder we have identified an issue where the Current Industry does not match the Current Experience Industry in a number of profiles. We will address this in the January build by correcting our assembly rules.
- Our team has done a fantastic job of reducing duplicates in our Profiles collection to a negligible level. We will run the new algorithms with subsequent builds to keep them from popping back up.
